This book’s exiting main charecter is a girl named Jenny. Her problem is middle school or junior high. On the first day of school, she goes up to her elementery best friend but her best friend just ignores her!!! Jenny goes to a table with a pay phone next to it. She tries to blink back tears of anger, shame, and embarressment. But Jenny barely reconizes anybody!!! Next thing she hears is that her former best friend was the popular girl in the school and is the youngest popular girl in the school’s history. Then a really random girl walks over and says hi and asks if she was in one of her classes. Addie,her ex bff is coming near. Pops as Jenny calls them. Addie and her gang push past her and under her breath mutter ‘dork’ and everybody giggles!!! What a great day.
